Finally watched M.W. after anticipating for it's release since last year. I've been wanting to watch M.W. since last year, when I first discovered the love for BL life action movies. M.W. happened...for Hiroshi Tamaki. Huhu!) Next on my list: For dramas: I'm downloading Gokusen 3 and I'm gonna watch it soon. For movies: I'm planning on watching LOVE☆COM and perhaps Nodame Cantabile SP
Kame キレイ~ Why's your hair soooooo soft-looking? No matter what style he goes for, Kame's hair will always look soft. I like~ And I'm super jealous of it cos my hair's constantly dry-looking... He's the other half in WaT! I knew I've seen him before cos when Eiji Wentz guest starred in Gokusen 1, I did a little research about him and discovered Koike Teppei. Koike Teppei SQUISH!!! >
Okay, so maybe it wasn't that boring, but it came pretty close. Maybe it's just because I'm not a huge fan of the New Moon portion of the series, book-wise. *Shrugs* I find that the movie saga steadily...glaring exception of the Bellward romance). All in all, the movie was not a waste of my $12.50, but I wouldn't buy the DVD. I'm hoping that Eclipse delivers everything that I liked about the book
Well, ignore the corny joke at the title, but... Kaitlyn's Top FIVE Movies: 1. Hot Fuzz 2. Up 3. Milk 4. Seven Pounds 5. Shaun of the Dead UP was certainly one of the best movies I've...enjoyed seeing it with my parents – who loved it as well. I don’t want to give too much away, but I high encourage you to go see this movie – as it’s a must see. I give it smashing, 10/10. - -
So we rented "Bedtime Stories", it was darling. Very fluffy, very cute, a good laugh (thanks to Russell Brand and the ringtone on Adam Sandler's phone), plus the kids were cute as all get out!! Easter...McFly 85. It will be good to have more than 1/2 a day to spend with her. Now I don't want to encourage you to drive fast, but if you could possibly build a transporter...that'd be pretty cool!
My friend and I saw this tonight because we wanted a good scare. Did this movie deliver? Nope. This movie was horrible. The acting was laughable, the "scares" were jump scenes, the special effects were...w/ bad acne. Horror movies are going down hill faster than Amy Winehouse. It's just pathetic. What happened to the good horror movies? Overall: Don't waste your money on this "movie." -Evan
Skip to the end if you don't care to see a synopsis. Tonight, I had the pleasure of going to the movies with my brother. We had decided on seeing "Knowing," the hot new Nicolas Cage movie that everyone...to throw my popcorn at the nearest anything. Because it was SO GOOD... until the VERY end. So my recommendation; yes for Sci-Fi nerds, no for everyone who wants to see a movie with a decent ending.
I had the privilege of seeing Watchmen tonight at its midnight showing, and it was worth every penny... well, almost every penny. The graphics were good but a little obvious as far as special effects go...me hanging with extra details, and nothing was left out. The storyline was pretty solid, and though it's currently 5AM, I can think of no loose threads. I promise, I will write more when I have slept
I saw Confessions of a Shopaholic at the cinema last night and I have mixed feelings about it. I really enjoyed this movie. It was funny, light-hearted yet with a serious message. It was fun and really...but I'd fallen behind of late. The unexpected outcome of the movie was that I feel reinvigorated to go out and write again! Overall, it was worth the full price ticket and popcorn/pop money :-
Non-spoilery reaction to the SGA finale: See, if the show had been a little more like that for the last five years, I might have been a regular viewer instead of an occasional and very snarky viewer. ...I finally figured out how to strip all of the spaces and single quotes out of my file names which will make them much easier to access from the terminal in the future. Yay for regular expressions. *g
