We introduced Baby Yoga to Lil' Buns a few weeks back as part of her bedtime routine. There are five different exercises to carry out. After a day or two, we realised that she became very mobile; crawling...by looking at it ... moving her body in the direction of the toy ... followed by screamings if she still does not have her toy! Hahahahaa screamings work more effectively than crawling! Ingenious!
