I’ve been doing a lot of reading in the last couple weeks. This list goes something like this: Hey Rube by Hunter S. This woman from my church is missing . There's a man in custody, a man named Ken, who was stalking her and whom she had a restraining order against. He was last seen walking out of a field, toward...to go out and help look for her as soon as our church gets the go-ahead to "form a task force" for searching. I also have my NaNoWriMo idea. I think it's going to be about the abduction of a pastor.

Still angsting over what to work on for NaNoWriMo and whether any of my ideas are even worth my time. I know that ideas are only one part of the equation, and that the success of any idea depends on it's...of basic skills, maybe I'd need to invest in a workshop here or there or in a writing class or something. I don't have work today and Justin is at class, so my goal is to make some plot notes and get some characters designed so I have a place to jump off from

Right now my "muse", inasmuch as I can be said to have one, is actually whining and refusing to get out of bed, citing that it's much warmer under the covers. Of course, my muse better rise and shine...I always give myself permission to abandon NaNoWriMo ideas if, come December 1st, I realize that it just isn't working. You're not required to marry the first person you go on a date with, after all
