yeah i have no idea what week it is ... meh. doesn't really matter x). am getting behind on my reading and lo and behold i haven't written anything for a week Dx. Mimicry is definitely on the run tho...I CAN mwahaha. >.> over and out. i need to make some friends read my lj. nyahahaha. best to guilt trip them here by commenting on their ljs >;D... oh wait... i can only do that to olesia. damn.

I have kind of fell behind on my resolution of reading one book a week. So far this year, all I have read is Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer, A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess and Animal Farm by...today.  It's hard-going, but I suppose Russian Literature was never meant to be easy! Need to pick another book for this week.  Going to trawl through Amazon for some cheap deals to keep me going

Upside Down Broccoli Pizza * 1 Tbs. olive oil * 1 onio, diced (about 1 cup)....we used onion powder instead * 1 lb. ground turkey * 1/2 Tbs. Italian seasoning * 1/2 tsp. salt * 1/2 tsp. pepper * 2...edges.  Maybe we'll use Pillsbury pizza dough next time, or just buy some from Harris Teeter (the only place around here I've been able to find uncooked dough).  2.  I had a coupon.  Can't beat that

Working on New Year’s Resolution #2!   I painted all three of my canvases over the weekend. In one sitting. As I mentioned when I originally posted my resolutions, I can’t paint. Not one fucking bit...papers, rubber stamps, ink pads, glitter and the ever trusty Mod Podge and do something freaking spectacular.   And I’m still going to hang it on my wall and make people admire it.    

Mexican Chicken Casserole 8 oz. elbow or small shell pasta  (we used small shells) 2 tsp. olive oil 1 large carrot, grated 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped (we skipped this, as I have an aversion...not a fan of salsa) * cover with plastic wrap; microwave for 4-6 minutes, turning dish halfway through cooking time * serve immediately I know that we changed it, but I liked how it came out.  Zesty

Oh I got nudged!   Yes I know, I know I haven’t updated lately. I’ve been busy with things, like life, hobbies, mourning the departure of David Tennant on Doctor Who , buying too many DVDs at the...sewing, I have several patterns in mind, just a matter of finding the patience to sit down and do it.   So that is my life right now, nothing major or life altering, same old me just a new year.
