Well it seems Cory updated his Twitter with comments to people. It seems DC and Chicago are 2 and there are 9 more cities that the Glee Cast is coming to for the Press Tour. :)

According to THIS the Glee Panel will be held in the " Indigo Room " which I'm assuming is part, or maybe all of the Indigo Ballroom at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
