Okay, I'll admit I've been in a big ass slump lately.. Nothing I can do without beloved internet at home, and my folks are going CRAZY as well. I just hope that by the time we do get internet back, I won't feel like so much crap rolled together in one big ball. Finding the Cabaret musical with ALAN CUMMING in it online while at the library made me a little happier though.
Greetings Avid Readers… I would like to take this opportunity to address a grave issue that often goes over looked in today’s political climate. No, it’s not the issue of terrorism. Not abortion. Not...via Word, and it has now breached the fifth page barrier. So I guess I need to wrap it up and get to a place like Panera or Starbucks to siphon some WIFI and at least maintain my internet social life
Well, I still don't have any internet. But I guess being sick with now internet and not going to school isn't a horrible thing. Anyway, due to the lack of internet I have finished 2 more chapters of "The...don't have spell check here, and I don't feel like / have the time to go through this and fix all the run ons and spelling errors I know are in it. We got his by the winds of Ike (After it hit texas and turned into a normal storm) Anyway, we have a tree on our house, and no internet. lol So It's going to be a whle until I can get on and really post. Tomorrow I'll be given the keys to my new apartment, and I'll spend the weekend trying to move half my stuff there. The other half will be left at my parents house, as my new apartment most likely will...phone number at my TB profile if they for some reason really need to reach me. And I'll probably check my main e-mail regularly as well. ;) So... Enjoy your "no Rikke online" time while it lasts. ;
I am without internet access until Thursday as I am in the moving process and will not have internet or cable connected until Thursday.... It's amazing how dependent we are on these technologies. I need help in decorating and organizing my new space. I am spatially challenged.
So now that you've been through the first two parts of the saga, now I bring you the third, and final (for now) part. As we read earlier, Charter, after missing their previous appointment with us started...in her car and we got Noodles! Nom nom nom. Then we did some quick errands, drove her back to campus, and I came back to the apartment. Tonight's dinner with Tayler at Wasabi! Wasabi = ambrosia
