Running/JOgging
I just don 't know how this exercise is worth it. In July 2005 I managed to get plantar fasciitis when jogging. Basically the band of tendons on the bottom of your food that links the heel and the forefoot...shifting my weight forward then my shins to ache like crazy. Maybe I will wait until I get back to 205 or 210 lbs before resuming jogging again. Being 30 seems to suck if my body is going to fall apart
