Two things. First: pictures. That thing in the front? It was supposed to be a roll, except that I was in Germany and I didn't have hair spray. Or maybe I just used too much hair? Moving on. ... could anybody direct me to a good tutorial (video or otherwise) for brushing pin curls out into a wave. I feel like I sort of understand it in theory, but in practice it just never works out.

So, I think I have figured out how to set my hair in a shape that flatters my face :) Of course, I'm still very open to advice or critique! Yesterday was definitely a good hair day. A bunch of people...and then I played around with the curls around my face to see what I could get. I hope that makes sense and sorry the diagram is a little wobbly, I had to draw it using the touch pad on my laptop.)

I posted just a couple weeks ago asking for advice regarding pin curls after a rather monsterous experience. Good news! Type your cut contents here. I have successfully created a wet curl set without...shape, outline and overall bone structure. I'm still so used to having longer hair that now with it short I don't know what to think looks good on me. Any thoughts, advice, or resources? Thanks

Hi to all you lovely ladies and the occasional gentleman! I've been watching this community for a year or so, but didn't have the courage to post here until now. Last April I attended the wedding of my...I probably wouldn't curl my hair every day I'm worried about the unstyled look of the cut; will it look good on my straight hair. Opinions or pictres of the cut on straight hair would be appreciated

A newbie here, in more ways than one. A  few months ago I chopped a foot off of my hair, and I love it! It's been much easier to take care of and I think it fits me better. For the most part I just diffuse...like the one I woke up to today without resorting to curling iron, or using it very little, if possible. If I can figure pin curls out I can move onto finger waves ;)!!!! Thanks so much!

So the other night we went out for a night at the theatre I was wondering with my face shape and hair texture (curly) what I should do with my hair. I attempted a pomp and pin curls that day and didn't do very well... Any suggestions, or tips would be greatly appreciated. Here's two shots .  

Last summer I chopped off about a foot of hair, this year I... Went platinum! People keep asking if my hair's a wig haha. I used a 30 Volume developer and some granny shampoo as a toner in case anybody is interested :) Thanks for looking!
