So today was supposed to be play group but it was scheduled for an outdoor water fountain...um...not in the rain. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to see if they are moving it. But with as sick as Ian...been by the much later time they were having for the fountain) so we could go there and play for a bit so that's good. It's at 10:45 so I'll need to leave in about 45 min. I have been really lacking on updating this thing. I have been very busy with my kids and doing school work on line. I have been working one day a week which really sucks. I took the kids to there dentist...best to stay up to date with all of you. I am gonna try and comment on some today. Well I will talk to you all later I will try and up date later this week. We went to our first playgroup session today. Luckily enough there's a group that meets a 10min walk from the house, so it's easy to get to with a minimum of fuss. It's a pretty big group, with about 30 kids, ranging from 4 years old down to Elspeth, who was the youngest there (I think the next youngest was 9 months). At this stage it's not really for her obviously, but it was great to meet and chat...

Had an interesting playdate with Peo today. One of the other moms I know who has a bright child like Peo found out about me getting kicked out of that playgroup, went and read my post about giftedness, and found that we were sharing a lot of the same problems. We've meant to get our kids together more often anyway, but scheduling conflicts were always in the way. So this morning they came over and...

...3 1/2 G. His shoes are very cute and he also got his photo taken there, as Clarks do a first shoes certificate with a Polaroid snap of him wearing the shoes which will be nice to keep. Went to playgroup this morning, didn't have a wonderful time as most of the mums that I know weren't there and I don't know the other mums that well. Patrick enjoyed himself though, which is the main thing......
