WOO! Great news ! The Red Sox One! And Tampa Three! I pulled this on a coworker before noticing he was brandishing scissors. =) Anyway, Tampa earned and deserved this win, although they should have been...the Cardinals and the Tigers? What would the ratings have been like if we had the Red Sox and Dodgers? And why does the final round of any playoff usually seem less interesting than the opening rounds

And I thought I was nervous yesterday. I'm a total nervous wreck more so today than yesterday. The fact that the Sox could clinch another trip the World Series if they can pull out a win tonight against...screw up tonight Sox. PLEASE, Lester, pitch like the ace you are. One game, one inning, one pitch at a time. It's how we've got to think and we'll be okay. I Believe. And I have Faith. GO SOX!

Man, I am a total nervous wreck about tonight. I'm telling you, the Red Sox are going to be the death of me. They will probably write on my gravestone or better, as my cause of death on the death certificate...game at a time, one inning at a time, one pitch at a time. That's what we have to focus on. My heart is pounding at a million miles an hour. I think I pulled something in my back cheering Chase Utley's homerun. I may have had a mild heart attack. If this is what baseball is like in October, I won't live to see November.

With the 0-4 Texans up this week and if we can be them soundly, I don't think it's wrong to say that we have a shot at the playoffs.
