I started on his face yesterday ... it's not a good sight (He looks like a frog)! It's still needs a lot of work, and I'm a bit anxious about the results! I'll post some pics of him as soon as the head is completed. Then I'll need to make some clothes for him (a robe-thingy, glases and a scarf!).
