The thing about Nagarov is that Roxas hasn't met anyone quite like Nagarov before. In his list of mental categories, Nagarov can't fit in either "people to remember" or "people to forget" because, technically...taken out . TL;DR - Roxas gets fixated on people who fight well with him. Oh god. Not people he loses to, because that just tells him that he ought to get stronger. So - people he ties with? Hmmm
Natsuo interests Roxas, still because of Zero and that curse day. Since Youji hasn't done much in the City, Roxas has calmed down about their potential threat to Sora and moved on into... apathy. Natsuo... It's not really a matter of like or dislike yet because Sasha hasn't done anything that makes those terms relevant. But Sasha is interesting to him, and now he'll try to ping him more in the future
So, the thing about Roxas is that prior to this, the only real experience in fighting he's had is with Heartless and Nobodies. The Samurai were great at teaching him how to fight humans when he's armed...sort of subtle curse-persuasion that Roxas wouldn't notice because he's so used to thinking of himself as being himself. So I'm waiting to see if that goes anywhere. Whew! Okay, that explained a lot
