Interestingly, our recent visit to (and review of) this pub was prompted... as a guest ale, at the moment? The Spread Eagle was just about to put it on when I visited, and I also had a pint of it in the Mad Bishop and Bear yesterday. I'm not complaining — I rather like it!

Last night, over to Islington to set up a friend's new computer. Then off to a pub (the Coronet, a very large Wetherspoons) and then Club Distraction at the Lord Nelson. Any night that can line up Tanz...expect). Club Distraction was good - the usual relaxed Gothic attitude even if no real ale - but these places keep being further away! At least in this case I had somewhere to crash out afterwards.

Yeah, I know this is a week late but, meh. my weekend was pretty awesome. Saturday was the usual day, me working at Matalan. Which was pretty boring. The evening though, was awesome as it was a party...of Tequila that he promised. So spent the afternoon wandering round Ixworth House with the dog, parents and the annoying brat of a sister, mainly as Ixworth had a craft fair on which was pretty cool

Oh for crying out loud! Having just recovered from an intense bout of sinusitis, and about to go on my holidays, I've done something to my left foot. It's all tender and swollen around the ball of my...of those unfortunate and painful afflictions that somehow seems comedic and by extension trifling, like bunions. I don't think it is gout though, I just think I put my foot down in a funny way
