First meal; 'chocolate' (coconut oil melted over very low heat, raw cacao powder, agave) coated banana, apple Followed an hour or so later by; a medium sized salad of lettuce, couple of chopped dates,...believe raw fat is much better for you and can be eaten in higher quantities than cooked fat is still don't think a lot of fat is a good thing). And yes i know i need to cut back on the raw cacao ;p
