Robert Zemekis directed this film entirely in mo-cap computer animation, building on techniques he developed on THE POLAR EXPRESS (2004). The animation is jarring at first, although the advantage Zemekis...a great Beowulf. This film may not be for everyone, but I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who with a soft spot for sword epics and Dungeons & Dragons. I found it to be quite underrated

I already posted about this in my journal, but I thought the rest of you might be interested in it as well. :) Mark Ryan is currently working on a musical adaption of Emily Bronte's "Wuthering Heights"...can listen to, and download, a sequence of Ray's narration along with 4 of the songs off the web site. "Heathcliff's Prayer" is my favorite, but they are all quite good. I can't wait to hear more

...but this was pretty damned good! 6:48 PM 7/1/08 · When we were still pretty young, but in our early teens, Mom brought home a game from Parker Bros. that was advertised as a family bonding process...but they all work nicely. I highly recommend this movie because it's worth at least one viewing but especially all the details in the making of it. Alas poor Angie...I dunno what you were thinking

Spent the first half-hour or so of Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull not really feeling it; the fifties colour was laid on too heavily, the conviction seemed lacking...it felt like watching...me I need to get some breakfast, clean out my cupboard and watch the season finale of Mad Men . I'm glad that the weather is not of a sort to make me feel like these are bad uses of my bank holiday
