Dream Meandering by cmk418 (FRT, Giles/Xander). The Scoobies are still in each other's heads post-"Restless." This puts Giles and Xander in an especially awkward position. This is an interesting fic, in the best sense of the word, as well as poignant and clever and sweet. Enjoy!

I almost never read or rec WIPs. That having been said, nwhepcat is the queen of WIPs, so I have no problem whatsoever reccing her current story, House of Women , PG-13, Clevelandverse, Xander/Faith...what a story! There is action! There is romance! There is The Count of Monte Cristo ! And it is delivered every day, Monday through Friday, in delicious little bite-sized pieces. What's not to love

These are three fics from the h/c fest that will make you cry, laugh, and go, "Whoa" respectively. First one is adarog 's Paperwhites, FRAO, Giles/Joyce. The sex doesn't make the pain go away...before it all went to hell, but the very beginning, with its irony, and the very end, where ties back into canon and makes you cringe, are my favorite bits. Please remember to feedback the authors!

First Time , FRAO, Giles/Willow, post-Chosen, by 47_trek_47 A beginning. This is a mind-meltingly hot first time story. I love Trekker's Willow voice especially, though her Giles has a lot going...of revenge at the same time... This second fic is way different from the first. I don't want to give much away but it's hilarious - one bit in particular made me crack up when I read it this morning

Bonbonnieres and Bouquets by drsquidlove , Giles/Xander, G. Weddings are a whole lot harder than they used to be. But Xander can deal. I want to just snuggle up to this fic. There is, as drsquidlove says in her author's note, just enough angset for the comfort, and the rest is pure sugar. Lovely.

Safe Space by ljs , FRM, Giles/Anya. Post-Grave AU. Giles and Anya are on a search for sanctuary. This is a lovely novella that was just completed last week. I like many things about it - Lori's plot is especially nice - but her Giles is possibly my favorite. He's just so sexy. Plus - Lorne!

Savory by glossing , R, Giles/Xander. Giles, Xander, and some mutual h/c post-Grave. I love post-Grave fics. Love them, love them, love them, especially when they're h/c and heavy on the c....me, it's her Xander that shines. He's so Xander - self-deprecating, looking for confirmation but convinced he doesn't actually deserve any. And Giles sees right through him and they work. It's lovely
