I was inspired by Shomism's post on mentaiko pasta. So for dinner tonight.... it was fantastically yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were very generous with the mentaiko (fish roe) and nori (crunchy seaweed). I really must agree with Shom.... This does rank WAAAAAAAAAAAAY up there in pasta heaven, alongside carbonara!

Past Thursday, Remy overslept.... But of all the days for that to happen, it was not the best timing. As a result, he didn't get into my bag, and missed: 1.
