As a work-break today I've been skimming over bits of Scott Tinley's Winning Guide to Sports Endurance --complete with 80s hair and for sale on amazon for the low-low price of ONE CENT!  Needless to... and now apparently I've been fruit-loading as I should without even knowing that I should. And today I've already had like 24oz of orange juice, a bottled smoothie, and a fistful of dates.  Whee.

went for a 12 mile-ish run today... and saw lots of "running magic" during my 2.5 hours out of the house: 4 rabbits (we have the cotton tailed little brown bunnies around here -- so cute!!!) a pair of mourning doves.
