Yesterday my wonderful friend Kim and I went to the Shinnecock Powwow like we try to do every year. As always, it was awesome. A great spectacle, such beauty and culture (and admittedly some kitsch,) with...at the front edge of the circle for the entire time, totally mugging for every camera she saw. She was such a little character. Only a little sunburned this time. ^_^ And that was that!

Guess what?  If I sit around all day, I don't feel like anything is wrong with me.  Now, the minute I do any exercise, I'm trashed...but it's actually quite refreshing to take a few days of utter sloth... to keep myself from crawling under the bed to hibernate miserably.
