Hey all, just a heads-up for anyone that was thinking about ordering from Serpentine Hair : they are having issues you might want to keep in mind. I loved how their products worked on my hair, but my...site is still up and, as far as I can tell, taking orders, but I would NOT recommend ordering from them right now. Hopefully when the business is under new management things'll be more reasonable

Does anyone know Kim from Serpentine Hair or just have heard anything about Serpentine Hair's processing time right now? I ordered two shampoo bars almost 6 weeks ago, and got an email 3 weeks ago that...I'd kinda like to know what's up with my order. Especially since my hair LOVES their bars, and has been going without for over a month. :((((( Anyone had the same issues with SH or know what's up? ._

I ordered 2 small bottles of shampoo from Cocoa Pink on 1/8 and have not hear anything....What's their normal TAT like? (2 weeks?) What about Serpentine Hair? I got a liquid shampoo and a shampoo bar... I have fine, but often limpy hair(scalp feels dry yet if I dont wash it for a day it feels greasy). Thanks in advance for any info you can provide!!! I can now relaxed since I am done with my TAX!!

Alright, I placed my order for four 2.5-oz bottles of liquid shampoo in four LE scents (and one 4 oz of Snake Charmer Conditioner) on December 8. The email notifying me it'd been shipped arrived on ...hair hangs like HAIR. It's soft, it's beautiful, and my color stands out again. I will be promptly ditching my $30 Frederic Fekkai shampoo in favor of Serpentine Hair, who made me love my hair again

Little did I realise (until yesterday) that those sample slices of Serpentine Hair soap that lovely people had been frimping me are actually sulfite-free/cone-free shampoo samples!!! Because Im allergic...1 bar or several samples (to see if it works), that seems a bit expensive for such a small order so I'm posting an ISO here.... Does anyone have an extra bar or several samples that they could sell me

Hi Everyone! So, I'm about to make my first order from Serpentine Hair (something for which I've been gearing up for a while) and I'm looking for some of the standard advice.  I have dry hair that tends...  And is there one particular blush/powder-type product that seems to be a partiulcar favorite with most people?  As in, 'if you're tryng EDM, you HAVE to try ___'?Thank you for any insights, guys!  :

She emailed me just about right away to say that she'd been blessed... If I were to get a bottle of Pirate Bumbo , Edge of the Earth would go perfectly with it for scent-layering. Nice scents, fantastic TAT & great communication. I give Serpentine Hair two thumbs up
