Okay, it totally got me by suprise. I've stepped on the article about one of the participants of polish "Star Academy" show, Marcin Szymański. Some newspaper wrote that he started his career from acting...still support him, doesn't matter what people are saying. If you look at the Top 20 Countdown on VH1, at least five of the artists are part of the manufactured music scene, bands or singers that were given recording contracts simply because they're cute and have average singing skills.
