SPOILER*SPOILER*SPOILER

...fanboy on my right who was willing to geek with me and, on occasion, keep me from falling out of my seat. There are roughly five plotlines in IM2 that I counted. Granted, I've only had 3 hours of sleep, so I may be fuzzy. (I did not get home until 3, and removing makeup/etc took until almost 4, then work at 8 WHEE.) I'm going to address them individually as best I can. They all weave in and out...

Better mental performance may only be a nap away

Better mental performance may only be a nap away Naps are a popular afternoon hobby, and a new study is only going to make them more appealing. Woof?

I just had a nap. It was possibly really good, even with the weirdest dream I've had in a long time, and waking up to the new 8-bit tunes I've downloaded to my phone's alarm was nice too. Speaking of... I give you... the (possibly) first piece of Apologetic Art! I call it "I'm so so so very sorry for making this". Very sorry, deeply apologetic, as you can understand, my bad, totally my bad.

I guess that used to be the reason why I remained here. Now I don't know.

I know you're tired, Bob. So sleep, sleep. Sleep and rest, quietly malinger and retain like Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. They aren't dead, you know, nor pining for the fjords, they're merely sleeping and asleep. Asleep, sleep, my Bob. I think about getting hit by a car a lot these days. There I am, walking along, minding my own business, and then POW! Ripe for the fruit and veggies. Or not, and...

A Thought

Belly-buttons serve little to no purpose other than being left behind as a reminder that you had a remnant of umbilical cord for a week or so as a littl'un. Basically, they serve as the lint traps of the...ones on a dryer. The ones that can cause fires if you let them go long enough without doing so. I wonder if that's why people spontaneously combust. ...Yeah, it's 3AM. I think bed's a wise idea

Ramblings on an empty stomach.

... I could take the lock, put it on the cabinet, take the key with me, and pretend the glass was smashed after that. By a bird or something. Birds fly into glass, don't they? These days I'm either sleeping too much or too little. Or wanting to sleep too much or too little. Semisomnia seems to work both ways. I still blame the changing seasons, the infrequency of daylight to rapid night, the sun...

Oh my franklin god, I need drugs.

...want. Like a hot air balloon or a fire hydrant. Maybe even a planet. Well, maybe not a planet. Ooh, and you're french, which is always a plus. Except the french don't like pannacotta , so boo on them. I didn't sleep last night, lying awake for hours thinking about the big crunch and whether it will miss my house. Dr. Gregory House. Haha. I have to go, I'm babysitting my nieces. Great fun.
