I'm still in the middle of the novel based on a young woman's quest to reclaim her Jewish heritage. Gemma, her recently deceased grandmother on her mother's side has an obscure past with only glimpse... Jews are one group who have endured an insurmountable amount of persecution. They are a united, beautiful people who are admirable for their intelligence, strength, and fellowship to each other. 

So it had taken him sixteen years. Sixteen hellish years spent searching for the princess, but he'd finally succeeded, and with the help of those silly faeries, nonetheless. Who would've thought that the...wasn't who she'd thought she was. Perfect time for him to make his appearance; while she sat in the room, a hazy glowing green sphere appeared in the air, a hypnotic tune accompanying its presence

Where's my prince charming? Where's the "i walked with you, once upon a dream" thing? Oh crap.
