We went to the Lakes today for a bracing walk up Helvellyn ( not to the summit) and returned to the first flurries of snow since the spring. Life is beautiful. Kit

Had a nice lazy day in with Jules today in Birmingham, we opened the blinds late afternoon to find it was snowing! It wasn't snowing back home in Grimsby though. I braved going out on the balacony in just a long t-shirt, but with the heated floor is wasn't that bad.

...it's awkward being with the girl because she's older than me by 4 years and my sisters were always usually around to make conversation....and now they're not. *sigh* I miss them.
