VIVA ESPANA!!! WOW! Great game, great goal by Nando. I love him. Every body cheering for Spain loves him right now! They did it after 44 years they are the champions again! I am supremely happy right... Adorable boys!!!!! Especially when singing We are the champions while bouncing up and down with Spanish flags (and I believe a Seville one in Sergi's case) wrapped around their waists like skirts!!

Today is the day that all the relatives leave. Parts of this are good parts not so much. I wish my uncle didn't have to leave yet or at least would be back soon... Vancouver is too far away. Hopefully...and news things that will tell me the score before seeing it. parentals have landed... they brought back beautiful things for yours truly... I got a pair of ceramic horse earrings from Sweden, another pair from somewhere else that were beautiful, a hair clip that...game for the first round tomorrow.... not hugely stressful though since they are guaranteed to go through and short of a miracle will be on top which means they are facing Italy so look out italians

I am beyond thrilled and excited and giddy! Spain just beat Sweden 2-1 With David Villa getting the winning goal with only one minute left in stoppage time! Fernando score the first one so he should be...often him peacemaking between players and refs which is handy since Spain's captain, Iker Casillas is the goal keeper and he can't just run out every time there is a foul or maybe foul. I love this guy

Spain had their first game today for Euro 08 and WOW! It was a good game. 4-1 victory over Russia! David Villa the amazing player from Valencia scored a hatrick which was incredible. The first goal was...a great team this time around and I am super excited for the next game. Sweden is going down! Will be watching the beginning of Sweden vs Greece but then it is off to work for hopefully a good shift
