Ahhh, spring is here.  In my small corner of the world we have been having the most glorious weather!  And the roses are in bloom.  Even on my sickly little bush!   As far as sewing goes,   I think...a school project, I have to drape some of it in class.  I suppose I could start cutting out the bodice, but I think I'll wait until I have the skirt finalized, just to be sure I have enough fabric

believe it or not.. .but i HAVE seen evidence of spring.... there are a few tiny bulbs trying to poke through the wet ground surrounded by cold clumps of never leaving snow...  The trees are budding...want to be refreshed, and new... and even if my bark gets wounded and torn, i want to stand tall and let the sunlight feed me, and cause me to radiate the beauty that a new season proves to bring....

Such a nice weekend all in all! -Friday I went out to see Jon Brion at Largo where I met Hippy, valiquette fresh off the plane and her Travis. AND I even brought a frikkin date, which was even...or is ever going to be, I don't really care! I'm just a bit happier, more confident and peaceful and I have been for a little while now- for no apparent reason- and *that* is all I need. The end

Why? Beautiful red bud tree blossoms. AND . . . Beautiful dogwood tree blossoms. AND . . . Baby pine cones. I took these pics at my "home away from home" last week. Happy Spring!

Spring is here. There are so many new friends. This one is so happy.

Hmmn. Ed, I think someone's been assigned in our room! Well.. Maybe your friend  might want to find somewhere to stay..  Well, whoever's new to Sor-Epta, tread lightly. The door's been burnt down once...  And this whole girlie man walking around our dorm? Let's just say I have to get along with him. He's Ed's guest, or Pride's guest. Whatever. Rosiel can stay away from me, and I'll be happy.
