    The last week or so has been meals of decadence.   Heaps of meat, and honestly I was just craving something simple and vegetarian.   Now, that doesn’t happen very often with me.   ...for the oven onions and butter ready Fabulous dried forest mushrooms! Soaking  Shrooms in and simmering Veggies in! Dinner is served!

I’m hoping to stop by my parents’ house this coming week and pick up a check from them to sponsor me. I haven’t been able to raise any money this year. The economy sucks right now. This cause has always been important to me but now, more than ever, I really want to show up and run for the cause...

  Being a typical gal, I too have cravings.  One of the strangest cravings I have had is this...crisp BEER BATTERED fish.  Not any fish...but it had to be COD fish. It seriously does taste very different...I will share how I made delicious basil fries. Fish marinating Beer batter ready Garlic in the hot oil Fish frying....golden brown Draining the oil away Fish and chips anyone?
