If someone hasn't figured it out. I like to cook. And bake. I don't like the cleanup however. I've discovered i'm KICK ASS at making steak sandwhiches. I was feeling adventurous for dinner (I was in the house doing housework and yardwork all day) so I rubbed a steak with dijon mustard, soy sauce and pepper seasonings. I lovesteak...especially rib-eye's...I don't care what anybody says, the fat gives it the flavor. Sirloins are boing and get overcooked too easily. Rib-eye's and prime-rib is where it's at. I can handle a NY Strip every now and then, but the more fat the better. And the only way to cook it is medium-rare, hands down - no exception. I must have that warm, pink center; but to quote Monty from Waiting...
