I wore an Obama pin to work yesterday.  At 8 AM the teacher in the room next door (who has been known to refer to black toddlers as nigglets ) told me the students were going to give me hell all day. ...faced by Joeout-of-work and Joe-cotton farmer?  Probably better than most, but still, I bet the majority of the faculty at my high school are McCain voters.  What is it with we three yardsigners?

If you polled my school about the reasons I joined band, you'd think Nick Otteni was my only motivation. If you created a pie graph of the reasons I actually joined band, it'd be separated a little...not going to worry about changing their minds.
