Unwieldy jellies.

I scored a tub of Champagne Snowshowers jelly (among other things -- mmm, Humango) at the newly opened Southdale Macy's (Edina, MN) LUSH on Friday. I lovelovelove it and I have used it every day since... Well, okay, that and I'd probably end up attempting to bathe with my similarly packaged and textured fresh mozzarella at least once. I can imagine it now: "Does anyone else smell cheese?" Horror.

apartment envy

I got a serious case of apartment envy, when I opened the latest issue of An An and saw this art director's place: The rest of the magazine was a bit more realistic, with ideas for apartments under...one in Aobadai, but according to the website, there are branches in Kichijoji, Mark City in Shibuya and all over Japan. Here's the website, if anyone's interested: http://www.natural-kitchen.jp/

An interesting finding from my sheng storage

...tea soup was much darker than the last year and even the leaves are darker. I haven't opened up the cake and compared so this might not be confirmed at this point. Did the repetition of wet and dry storage muted the tea or the moacha form took too much airing? In any case, the tea taste changed quite significantly. In this case, I would say for the worse. With 06 Mengku Organic, the tea taste completely...
