Well, I had lots of fun yesterday. Went up to London to meet a friend from my university days. She wanted to see the Dr Who exhibition on at Earl's Court and somehow just knew that I'd agree to go with...recently, Merlin, but still loved it. It's no secret that I have a love/hate relationship with Aaron Sorkin's television shows. The West Wing was the first television show that I really obsessed over, and it got me really excited about politics...the show running, but I'm not a fan. It's sad, really. I kinda want to get the DVDs, even though I only like the first half of the first season. I can't pass up cast commentaries and blooper reels
So, 30 Rock comes back this week, so I've been rewatching it today in order to remind myself, you know, what happened. But what's really happened is that I keep being sucked into these overwhelming waves... So what did my mom do? Walk back into the room and turn it back on. THANKS, MOM. THERE WASN'T LIKE, A REASON I DID THAT OR ANYTHING. Plus she turned it back onto CNN, not CSPAN like I was watching.

My favorite part of House ? The fact that both House and Cuddy went to Michigan. Because after spending years having my home state belittled (THANKS A LOT, AARON SORKIN), it is incredibly refreshing to...we've got one of the best medical schools in the country. And one of the top-ranked hospitals as well. I WOULD KNOW BECAUSE MOMMY WORKS THERE AND I'VE BEEN THERE TOO MANY TIMES. But I love it anyway.
Feist's "1234" is my favorite song at the moment. I put it on my iPod a few days ago and now I can't stop listening to it. And then today after class I downloaded some Duffy, Death Cab For Cutie, and The...it for my last entry, and even though the show is underrated and totally awesome, there are plenty of other things I could do.) So I may sit this one out, unless I can think of something. We'll see.
I skipped Government earlier today so I'd have time to post my picspammy project (it's here , btw) and write notecards for today's speech. Do I feel guilty about it? Slightly. I had a lot to...busy finishing up my speech and forgot to tape it, so I'll have to watch it online later this week. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO RAIN ALL DAY TODAY, AND IT ONLY RAINED WHILE I WAS IN CLASS. FAIL, UNIVERSE.
