I began my journey in April of this year. I had just given birth to my second child in November of 07 and was anxious to be closer to my pre-baby size. I had made a half-attempt after my first child...lifestyle and there have been ups and downs, but I am confident I will ultimately reach my goal. I just wanted to also thank the moderators for maintaining this lovely community. You all rock!.
I have been really diligent about what I ate this week. I only went out to eat once so far, and it was on Monday after the Obama rally. After standing in line/walking for 6 hours, all I wanted to do was...that I won't see 126 again! I am going to go to the farmer's market this weekend and load up on more fruits and veggies so I can keep it up! Thanks to everyone for your support and inspiration!
I am that girl. I was very squeamish with my own blood, and my body held a lot of trauma tension, particularly down there. I was attracted to the cup because I like unconventionality and going against...home, the process makes noise, which I'm sure others could hear. There are squeaks, pops, air suction noise. LOL. How do you ladies deal with this in public??? I think this would make me embarrassed
So a couple of years ago I first heard about the diva cup at work (I work in a pharmacy) and I thought that it sounded kind of gross like it would be messy and not fun. Then not too long ago we started...comments and questions are just what I needed to fix my mistakes. Today was day four and no leaks, it's super comfy and it's way better than anything else I've tried! I just want to thank you all
Just for all the people considering cups who read this comm and go, "Gosh! Everyone seems to have so many problems with these cups!" (the reason being that people generally only post if they have a problem...shower and forgot to do that. I completely and utterly forgot I had it in. I guess I better rinse it now, because I'm bound to forget again before I go to bed. Period? What period? *grinz
Hello All, I finally made the switch to menstrual cups and just wanted to rave about my Moon Cup (Keeper). I decided on the Moon Cup (Keeper), because I liked the design of the Keeper but didn't want... My only complaint is that I didn't purchase one sooner! And I don't know if this will help but: My Stats Height: 5'8" Weight: 224 lbs Age: 29 years old Childbirth: No. Neither C-section nor vaginal
NARCONON COMMUNICATION SKILLS During my communication exercises I felt totally in control. When I felt like I was having difficulty, I refocused and truly understood why we practiced so hard...for the opportunity of doing objectives because I know that this is something I needed to do to move on and have a good drug free life . As I very recently posted, I'm still getting acquainted with my Instead Softcups. I was having a bit of pain because the harder rim was pushing on me quite hard when i moved or contracted my pelvic floor...rinsing, I haven't found it to be very messy at all. I'm THRILLED that I found out about Menstrual Cups, and I'm very happy I started using the Softcups. I'm also very glad that I found this community
As I responded to a previous post, I just finished The Law of Attraction . I've been transcribing key passages that resonated with me, and I'm looking forward to trying out a Workshop. But just for this...what I do want (this is my ongoing refocus), and... you guessed it... there was my blazer, right in the same store I couldn't find it on Friday. Also some adorable matching shoes on sale! YEEEEEE
