Wow, We had a dream that...really juicy and delicious! And we can eat them and collect the seeds together! Don't tell anyone that we have apples, because they might want them! There are now two new hammies living in my house! Reuben and Truman are the newest additions to the Timberidge family and I could not be happier! I will keep this post short and let the picture do the... They will both grow to be about 6 inches... which is 2 inches larger than the adult size of our past hams. This is because instead of being dwarf hamsters they are regular hams. Interesting stuff!

You know sunflower seeds? Can you only get them from the middlebits of sunflowers, or do they grow in other places, too? I was just thinking that I eat a lot of sunflower seeds, but I've never seen a sunflower farm. I bet a sunflower farm would be pretty. Where do sesame seeds come from, then? I hate sitting up here with the curtains closed, but I don't want to look outside.
Today I am not sure where to start. I think I will start with the birds. There is a tree outside this window. I am not sure what kind, but I think it's an apple. Anyway, I see lots of Golden Finches...a pile and not scattered. I will have to buy some more seeds for them. I don't like birds as pets, but I like to feed them. It's the right thing to do and I think it honors my grandfather's memory.

I came out to a few of my classmates and professor today. They were so confused about what I eat. One of them asked if I just ate a bunch of chemicals, he totally forgot that plants don't come from animals...cooked food and feel like I wasn't getting the most out of it. Seeing (and tasting) a plate full of freshness is a world of difference. I just hope preparing a wide variety of food gets easier with time
