... didn't end nearly as peacefully as I'd hoped. it would seem that I'm addicted to the game Scramble, I'm still not particularly good at it, but I can't help but play it. still haven't finished the Supernatural fic I've been working on for so many days *sigh* just can't seem to write for an extended period of time. There's always another chance tomorrow, but I seriously didn't expect this to take...

...been chilling today.  I had to drive Billy to hockey, then pick him up, and then we ordered Chinese food (yum!  vegetarian fried rice and vegetarian lo mein!)  and then I convinced Billy to watch Supernatural with me.  We watched the first episode again, and I'm downloading the second one now.  He was even more freaked out by the show than me, I had to go outside with him to get his hockey stuff...

Well, it is, but in a much milder way. Got paid yesterday. Went in search of Supernatural Season 3 today. Sold out at Best Buy, no sign of it at Newbury Comics, either. It's only been four days since it came out. On the one hand, I'm happy it's selling so well. On the other hand, no Supernatural Season 3 for me. Sad Autumn. :(

On my own, non-Dad rewatch of Supernatural (because I am not showing him all the episodes, so I am watching the others on my own): hey, The Benders is actually pretty solid in that all the victims are white males and the female character gets to be a badass, older-than-twenty-five cop featuring not only agency but also a decided lack of total helplessness. Hell, she was less helpless than Sam. ...
