  ANZAC Biscuits   Anzac biscuits received their name during the First World War. Up until that time people had been baking “Soldier’s biscuits” for the troops, based on a recipe derived from...and mix well. Place 1 tbsp size balls of mixture on greased tray allowing for spreading. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20 minutes. Allow to cool on tray.   Notes: Store in airtight container.    

Lemon Slice     Serves:   Ingredients: 250g plain biscuits ½ tin condensed milk (using 400g tin) 125g butter 1 tsp lemon rind 1 cup coconut Extra coconut   Icing: 1½ cup... Put in fridge for 1 hour. Top with lemon icing and sprinkle with coconut.   Icing: Combine ingredients and mix well. (Let me know if you need conversion quantities for those in the US)
