Game Mechanics Part IV: Skills
Skills represent specialized, learned abilities. Some can be self-taught, while others require extensive formal training, but all are technical abilities acquired through training or study. A character...efficient to begin with a couple high things than a bunch of low things. Don't sweat the optimization too much, though -- if you want to just pick what seems right I'll make sure it all works out.
