it's so horrible, thinking you've got tomorrow off then the boss leaves you a message basically forcing you into coming in for three hours on said day off... then later on, them ringing you to say they've...given a four-hour shift this Saturday until they realised I'd asked for the day off... and so swapped my four-hour shift for someone else's fucking ten-hour.
