Triumph!! So Paul has been wanting to try cooking some new recipes for a while.  He loves "Hells Kitchen" and has the game...which shares some of Chef Ramsay's recipes.  He decided to try a triple header...to the happiness of my son, who is absolutely delighted, and just tackled me with a hug while I am typing, thanking me again (for the nth time today) for his new fish and frogs. *I'm luvd* :
