Tatsumi doesn't really sleep that night, but from spending the night in Meifu, he does feel alright. He's out of bed a little after six, and by half-past, he has coffee made and is dressed for the...mate down merely feeds it. “I can’t,” he whispers to no one in particular, and then he phases to Chang’an, unaware of the tears that finally escape down his cheeks as he knocks on Hakkai’s door.

The next morning, Tatsumi's expression was sombre as he stood in his office and looked over the list the Gushoshin had provided for them. There were several companies listed, but it was at least a...curls his arm up around the brunette, lightly resting it against his shoulder. "Good night, Asato." "Good night, Sei'," he replies softly, kissing his cheek one last time before closing his eyes.

It's just after 8 pm when Tsuzuki and Watari return to Meifu. Despite the fact that they have their reports to finish, the blonde heads straight away to his lab to check on his experiment, leaving...a glass. "Here..." "Thank you." He kisses his cheek again and then sets the items down, waiting until he's handed Tatsumi some pizza on a plate before pouring his glass and taking some dinner himself.

"Ready?" Tsuzuki's eyes sparkle softly with a secret as he tips his head up to smile at Tatsumi. It's 9:00 on 5 July in Chang'an, and they've just dropped Seto and Jounouchi off to spend the day with..."Alright. Lead the way!" Tsuzuki laughs, and after finding a safe place, he phases and takes them to LA, knowing it wouldn't take much once they got there to find out where the various shows were.

[[Takes place after this ]] It's a little after dawn when Tatsumi finally returns to their cottage after seeing Aki to her motel room, and then continuing to haunt the streets of Tokyo. He watched...Tatsumi's shoulder and takes a bite of his dessert. "Love you, too," he replies softly, and he settles down to watch. Only two shinigami could make a cuddly afternoon out of watching horror films.

[[Takes place shortly after this ]] It's two in the morning, and Tatsumi has finally gotten Tsuzuki to sleep - thanks to several glasses of absinthe. His lover (and himself for that matter!) were...I won't let you down." She gives him a small wave goodbye and steps inside. He watches her head inside, and he gives her a small wave in return. "Don't worry. I'm sure we'll see each other again."

[[Takes place several hours after this ]] It's nearly five pm, and time for Tatsumi and Tsuzuki to head home for the day - but Tatsumi isn't in his office. In fact, even the board doesn't give much..... forever and ever." His lips curve up slightly even as he drifts off. "I'm glad." Moments later, his breaths even and slow, his hold on his lover loosening as he falls into a deep, dreamless sleep.

Shizuka sighs as she stares at her computer, and for the tenth time, she backspaces everything away that she'd just typed. She's been struggling for over an hour now as to how to tell her 'uncles'...sighs softly as he watches the other for a moment, and then he returns to his own office, absently working away at what he needs to get done, but much slower than normal due to his lack of concentration

( OOC: NSFW at the beginning ) It's quite early on Saturday morning when Tsuzuki opens his eyes, and when he sees that the sun is just rising, he closes them again, scooting himself back more snugly...smile and then leads him inside. The day had been full of memories, and their tea house was yet another. But he knew that, even in revisiting their pasts, their future would be full of happy ones.

It's Saturday night, and Terra's at P3 having the time of her life. She's dressed to kill in black leather pants and a red vinyl cropped halter top. She's been drinking a little, and while she's not...Leo's hand, and then bends down to give Piper a very gentle hug and kiss to her cheek.
