Drinking:   Peet's Masala Chai with some non-fat milk   Reflections on a year ago... Good news :  I lost six pounds and I haven't been below a certain weight in years. A year ago, I was over 20 pounds... I was able to lose weight, but now in this end of the year I've done substantially more.  It's been the exercise after yoga class and making an effort to workout everyday for as much as I can.  

...for the rest of the week from 4 to 10:30.  Yay for closing shifts, I love being able to stay up all night. Nothing else of real interest to report.  Been playing Metal Gear Online a lot.  Drinking Tea, mostly.  I have all of about $30 to feed me until Friday.  I am fairly confident everyone will be able to throw in for rent on time, so no stress there. My friend sent me some lovely new Silver for my tea set! She said she was running out of room and hoped i could give them a good home! I was so amazed and excited! First of all, lemon tea is NOT the best. :[ Especially when lacking sweetener. I should have just went with peppermint. Man, there is so much to do around here. I just have to remind myself to take it one step at a time, and try not to get overwhelmed. Being busy will be really good for me. Yesterday I tried adding Celestial Seasoning's Blueberry Breeze green tea into my waffle mix, and it turned out pretty good.  It was like blueberry waffles with a stronger flavor, enhanced by the green tea.  When I have waffles again, I'll try regular green tea and English Breakfast tea.
