Update

I finally have a little breathing room at work. I have a meeting after hours, but I shouldn't be here working until 8 tonight. Sadly, this means I won't be completing "Moonlight in Scarlet" in time for the intended anthology. However, I believe I will be able to find a good home for it. I am very excited by the Camarilla Reset. I think Friday will be my last game in the old chronicle.

Flash Drive Issues and Writing

My file for "Moonlight in Scarlet" is corrupted. I think I won't loose too much as I backed up last night. I've managed to recover most of it, but it derailed me a bit. I'm still concerned that a file...this week, I'll have to submit it someplace else. I'm trying a challenge of writing in a different style. Work has been extremely busy. I'm clocking a lot of hours. It just adds to the stress

Does getting paid make it worthwhile?

Some time back I took on a (low) paid writing gig at WRG to make a bit of extra coin. After a couple of months I discovered that the amount of effort I was having to put in was not worth the paycheck...know that this project is almost complete. With all that said, I still have to admit that it's nice to be able to say, "I get paid for writing." Now I need to get back to work on my day job. X

"Click"

I work as a technical writer for a software developer. ...Well, okay, I'm technically an intern, but I may as well be a pro here, as I'm the only tech writer in the building. Sure, some other folk do documentation...will be a snarky blog, though. Consider this my SOS. If you find this bottled note, know that this castaway is doomed to the shore of an alien land...but only until 5:00. At least salvation is prompt
