I sometimes think I live too much in my head. I also think I'm depressed. I say "think" because it seems I sometimes have a hard time deciphering my emotions. Right now, I'm all tense and my breathing turns shallow and quick if I let it. I'm feeling mad and frustrated and simultaneously wanting to cry. Waking Up Is Always Hard
