...from IGNOU (MCA) and Madras University (MSc-IT). Those textbooks are prior to 2004 batch for both IGNOU and Madras University. Not aware if either of these universities have changed syllabus or textbook for their degree programme in recent time. Anyways, I will be disposing them off by 2nd of November. If someone needs them, can take those from me (no cost/charge) before 2nd of November. I am...
...I've made about textbooks and curriculum that my professor in Curriculum Development had required me to make. Disclaimer: These are my own observations and analysis and therefore does not reflect “Textbook and Curriculum” as a whole. There might be more to it than what I saw in my mind’s eye. Generally, textbooks reflect what kind of curriculum a school has. They’re like the curriculum itself...
French class, elementary 2, has sold-out. To what, you might ask? To a textbook company, which itself has sold-out to a video. The class is structured to help us understand the movie. It should be structured - and the book as well - to aiding our understanding of the language. But no, it must put important verbs in side bubbles whereas it put the story of the video's characters in the center where...

...fair in preserving the quality of man. It wasn't nuclear war, nor an asteroid. Our end will serve a futile test. A never-ending supply of plague and drought, as millions sleep; soon put to rest. Textbook Excuse me kind sir, if I may object, but have you ever been to that polygamist sect? Maybe that "nutjob" cares for each of his wives, and through his benevolence, the whole family thrives. Maybe...
...lots of people don't turn up when there's an assignment due and on the last day of term. Anyway, so, freedom! For two weeks. Well, technically one week, because I'm going to have to do a whole load of work in the second week...but still, at least I get a bit of a sleep-in! And the bookshop still hasn't got my textbook in - they had SO better have it after the break, or I'll really get grumpy.
Burns are lame. Take a note from me, kids - don't go and get yourselves blown up. It's probably one of THE dumbest things. And it fucking hurts like a bitch. I've been making Matt run errands for me, shit just gets done easier that way. *takes advantage of the system, btw* Damn it, I need some chocolate. And that law textbook... and... more chcolate... Ugh. But yeah. No burns.
This is my archaeology textbook for this quarter. And since I actually read the entire thing, I figured I should add it to my list of books read. The book describes various archaeological techniques and also touches on some of the ethical issues facing archaeology. And throughout the book there's a variety of examples of the various techniques in practice. I'd say this book is far more dry than most...
