Went for a run today.  Completed my goal but I am still a day behind.  I'm not too worried about it though.  I was supposed to run last weekend but I was lazy Saturday and it rained Sunday so I couldn't...to go pig out at Hula Hut for work.  They are closing our department at two and taking all of us to lunch at Hula Hut.  Not too good for the diet but I'm okay with it.  I think I earned it today.

Another rare update I know, but here we go. I'm currently suffering from a bit of insomnia so I figured I'd write an article about my trip to Tokyo and life since then. So to outline the trip, I went to...want to be at my best for them. Also I had planned to go swimming today, but my party days seem to have caught up with me. Right, so today I went on a crazy bender. A crazy bender which, in my opinion, tells a lot about what kind of person I am. For starters, this crazy bender was with my father. It was in Dorset. It was...You? Well, whatever, I thought she was great. The rest of the performances were nothing special, and like I said, I found the script contrived, but it wasn't an evening entirely wasted.
