Last weekend I saw The Duchess . I enjoyed it immensely. I don't think it lived up to its full potential, but still... Very, Very, Enjoyable. Instead of a making a historical biopic on her life, the... But, in my opinion, of all the outfits Keira wears the winner is unquestionably this: I should very much like to marry this ensemble.

Yes, I went to the movies last night. I met a friend and we saw The Duchess and then after she left I went to see Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist. The Duchess: Oh, the soap opera of it all...number one single in the U.S. They knew what it was all about. I love movie night :) What are some movies that you all have seen lately? A chronicle of the life of 18th century aristocrat Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire, who reviled for her extravagant political and personal lives. She is a vibrant beauty and celebrity of her time...works best in period pieces. The clothing/costumes were fantastic. It was extremely dramatic and heart wrenching at points. Overall, I enjoyed it well enough. I give this film a rating of 3/5
