Looks like my PC 'ROM drive also finally died; it's not even pretending to try and read the disk... think I have a prehistoric drive in a closet somewhere but, well, it's prehistoric and I've never installed...happy * Saying "I'd like to build the comp" to the advising-friends at the time apparently translated to "I are girly-girl, please build it for me and perhaps point out what the motherboard is"

I finally went and broke a piece in my futon-couch my flopping down too hard on an angle last night. It's not broken off , but it's definitely cracked all the way through... guess I'm adding that to the...online for creative purposes, but that won't give me anything to do today. IKEA job-interview tomorrow... now sure if breaking an IKEA couch in the weekend prior to this is a good thing *headknees

- Saw my step-sis again, whom I missed, and the parental units had made it so that after picking her up from Schiphol we had dinner outdoors in the Amsterdam forest while waiting for the traffic-jams to...car in the parking lot with "Millennium windmus" written on the windscreen, took a picture of it. Haha, in your face, summer heat! I managed to turn a 6-hour night's rest into a 11-hour one by relocating to the couch when the heat woke me up. Couch = couple of degrees cooler. HA! 5 o' and the flat is heating up well... and the sun is only starting to creed through the window. That;s one thing I hate here; while this flat is nice and comfy in the winter, it turns into a damn oven...is doable, but because of it's main sleep/storage function there isn't a whole lot of me to do there and I usually end up napping, which messes me up later on XD Note to self; buy a damn fan alread

Either the emergency services are having a part, or something REALLY bad just went down. A row of police cars, firefighter trucks and ambulances just came down, probably enough of them to fill up the street down there in both directions O____o

Today is a bad day for elevators, apparently. Go to buy groceries, elevator broken. Ended up carrying my bike down to the eighth floor to use the elevator there. Find groceries, buy them, return, elevator...and over again, Tina I think, and demanding that I let him speak to her O_o Either way, my bike is heavy-ish and unhandy to carry. And now I'm either going to nap ro read on my balcony or something
