Peter (Point of Terror) Carpenter stars as a crooked doctor who is treating a terminally ill crotchety old millionaire.   The old timer has an insanely hot daughter (Maria de Aragon) and she’s always...(Avenging Angel) O’Neil since he built the rest of the movie up decently.   That and he threw in lots of topless broads too.   De Aragon later played Greedo in Star Wars.

...here. But as I’ve said before, I’m not here for that. But I’d like to think I watch these movies with more than just a pair of rose colored glasses. The Failing of Raymond is a well thought out thriller that will please any fans of the sub-genre. It’s not so hard to find now that the internet exists – and frankly, the internet and my iPod about the only two things I think I’d have trouble giving...

Alfred Hitchcock directed this boring as a dog’s ass spy flick about an American agent (John Forsythe) trying to bring down a global spy ring known only as “Topaz”.   The French also send an agent of... Vernon as the Fidel Castro-esque Cuban leader.   After the failure of this film, Hitchcock retreated to his home turf of England to make his next picture, Frenzy.  

Tippi Hedren stars as the titular dame, a compulsive thief (with a penchant for dying her hair) who freaks out every time there’s a lighting storm or whenever she sees the color red.   Sean Connery...comic moments like this one, it would’ve rocked.   I still like it quite a bit though.   Hitchcock (who makes his usual cameo while walking through a doorway) made Torn Curtain next.

A Clockwork Orange (1971) ****/***** A Clockwork Orange was a very impressive film. I enjoyed the constant themes, especially the mockery of Singin' in the Rain. I highly disliked the vulgar nudity...actor's acting was brilliant and he was very entertaining to watch. The overall concept of the film was very interesting, especially compared to modern films.
