I have a scratchy throat. I had it a few days ago, and then again today. And I was thinking that it was because I was sick the nights before, but now I'm thinking I'm getting a cold. The seasons are changing and I can feel the air becoming drier. It's not even time for heat in the house yet, and already my nose is terribly dried out and I am waking up with nosebleeds. Humidifiers...to help. Does anyone have any suggestions? It's really annoying and embarrassing to be running for the tissues when I suddenly feel that trickle out of nowhere.
