The last segment of Time and Relative Dissertations in Space was the part that contained the most essays that read like articles out of DWM. This kind of journalistic article is very well but, as I've...pieces and the lasts quarter, in particular, didn't appear to me to have a great deal to offer beyond the articles you can (or at least used to, pre-2005) find regularly in Doctor Who Magazine

I'd almost forgotten I was working through Time and Relative Dissertations in Space a section at a time however I thought I ought to at least try to finish the reviews even though my recollections of...two essays were sufficiently interesting to make me consider (albeit briefly) watching some of my 60s Dr Who Dvds with the sound track off so that I was forced to listen to the incidental music alone.

I've been scratching my head over how to cover Time and Relative Dissertations in Space in more detail, since I wanted to talk about several of the essays but didn't really want to make 18 more posts...pseudo-historicals before the Sylvester McCoy era and the appearance of the history-as-nostalgia strain on my fingers. This seems remarkable given the show's "adventures in time and space" remit.
