Well...my first doctor appointment for my transformation is today, and it's a big one. It's the one where in between two shifts of work I finally worked up the nerve/guts to tell somebody in the medical industry what's been bothering me for 26 years. I'm very very very excited, I have to say. Also, possibly the most scared I've ever been.
